Liver Function Test

LFT (Liver Function Test) is a group of blood tests used to evaluate the health and functioning of the liver. These tests measure the levels of liver enzymes, proteins, and substances such as alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), bilirubin, and albumin. LFTs help diagnose liver diseases, detect liver damage or infection, monitor the progress of liver conditions, and assess how well the liver is responding to treatment.
